This page explains what RenewSell stores, how long it stays, and how to remove it. The binding legal text is the Privacy Policy; this page is the practical guide to the same subject.
What RenewSell stores

Conversations include the content of messages. Searches and enrichment include the public web pages RenewSell read to justify a value.
Where it lives
Account, workspace and billing data are stored in the database that runs the product. Large content, such as uploaded files and the pages read during research, is stored in object storage. Connected-channel credentials are stored and used only on the server; they are never sent to your browser, and RenewSell never sees a mailbox password.
Every read and write is scoped to your account. One workspace cannot see another's data.
What RenewSell does not do
- It does not sell personal data.
- It does not log message content, model output or secrets in its operational logs.
The Privacy Policy lists the categories of service providers that process data for RenewSell: payments, messaging channels, AI and data providers, and infrastructure. Ask support for the current list.
Delete a contact, a knowledge base, an Agent or a Target

Deleting a Target is immediate and cannot be undone. Other Targets and your credits are not affected. Sources that other Targets of yours also used are detached, not deleted. The Agent transcripts, raw search responses and research reports stored for the Target are queued for removal from object storage and deleted shortly afterwards.
Delete your account
- Open Settings → Security.
- Under Delete Account, click Delete Account and confirm.
Before anything is deleted, RenewSell cancels any active subscription with the payment provider immediately. If that cancellation fails, the account is not deleted and you see a message asking you to try again or contact support, so you are never left billed for a deleted account. Deletion then removes your Targets, contacts, messages, conversations, Agents, knowledge bases, channel connections, credit balance and audit events, then your login. Files you uploaded, knowledge-base attachments and the large content stored for your research are queued for removal from object storage and deleted shortly afterwards; a failed attempt is retried. Billing records are kept for accounting and legal reasons: credit history entries, orders and payment records stay, with free-text notes cleared and no link left to your name or email. One deletion receipt that records only table names and row counts stays in the audit log. Signed-in sessions end. The action is immediate and cannot be undone, and unused credits are not refunded.
Unsubscribe and suppression records
When someone unsubscribes or is marked as a complaint, RenewSell keeps a suppression record for that address. The record is what stops future sends, so it is kept even after the related Target or conversation is deleted. It is removed when the account is deleted.
Backups
Deleted data can survive for a limited time in backups before it is overwritten, as the Privacy Policy states. Backups are not used to restore a single deleted record for you.
Export your data
You can export a Target's rows as CSV from the workspace, and a company's contacts from the contacts panel. For a broader copy of your data, write to support@renewsell.com.
Privacy requests without signing in
Email support@renewsell.com from the address registered to the account. Support verifies your identity, performs the same deletion, and confirms when it is done. You can also ask to see the personal data held about you, correct it, or restrict its use. The Privacy Policy states that a reply arrives within one month.
