Plans, seats and credit packs
What each plan includes, how monthly, quarterly and yearly billing differ, how credits are issued and reset, and how add-on packs work.

A plan sets your monthly credits, how many accounts you can connect, the result ceiling per list, and which channels you can use. Monthly, quarterly and yearly billing only change how you pay; credits are always issued monthly. This page covers the differences between plans, how credits are issued and reset, and the add-on credit packs and account packs.

Every plan uses the same unit prices; only the allowance, account limits and result ceiling differ. Continuous monitoring starts at Scale. A monitor run itself uses no credits, while the qualified leads and enrichment it finds are charged as usual. Free cannot connect a channel: email needs Starter or higher, and LinkedIn and WhatsApp need Scale or higher.

Price and billing interval

Prices are in US dollars. Quarterly saves 5% against paying monthly (badge 5% off) and yearly saves 20% (20% off). Whichever interval you pick, credits are still issued monthly rather than as a full quarter or year at once.
Issuing and resetting credits
- A new account receives 300 credits at registration.
- Subscription credits are issued once a month. The date is fixed when the account registers or the subscription starts, counted in UTC calendar months; if that day does not exist in a month, the last day is used.
- At each issue, unused subscription credits from the previous period expire.
- Purchased credits and manually granted credits never expire.
- When both kinds are available, subscription credits are used first.
- Only the current month is issued; skipped months are not caught up.
- Switching back to a tier that already issued this month's allowance does not issue it again.
- When a subscription ends or is canceled, the account returns to Free. Permanent credits stay; unused subscription credits from that month expire.

A pack is a one-time purchase. It does not renew, it stacks with your balance, and it never expires. Packs are available to paid plans only; when the button reads Available to active members only, the account has no active paid subscription. Open the Credits page and choose Buy credits to purchase.
Account packs
- Email accounts cost $5 per account per month; Social accounts cost $10 per account per month.
- Accounts can be set from 1 to 50.
- An active subscription is required, and the pack renews monthly.
- A social slot can connect LinkedIn or WhatsApp.
- The accounts included in each plan are in the table above; a pack adds slots on top.
- Every connected account still costs 500 credits per month in channel maintenance; see How credits are charged.
- On the pricing page, open Seat Packs, choose the quantity and choose Add accounts.
Review, upgrade and cancel
- The Credits page shows the current plan, the Monthly allowance, Subscription available, Purchased / permanent, the Monthly reset date, the Renews date and Results per list.
- On the Billing page, Free shows Upgrade plan; a paid subscription shows Manage subscription.

When credits run out
Billable work pauses and a Target shows Paused: not enough credits. Buy a credit pack, upgrade the plan, or wait for the next monthly issue.
FAQ
Do quarterly or yearly plans issue a lot of credits at once? No. Credits are issued monthly, exactly like the monthly plan.
Do purchased credits disappear if I cancel? No. Purchased credits never expire. Only the unused part of the subscription allowance expires, at a reset or when the subscription ends.
Can a Free account connect email? No. Email needs Starter or higher; LinkedIn and WhatsApp need Scale or higher.
Can I change plans at any time? Manage the subscription on the Billing page. A change takes effect in the current billing month: unused subscription credits from the previous tier expire, and the new tier's allowance is issued once, unless that tier already issued an allowance this month.
