Find overseas furniture buyers, beyond the platforms
Furniture buyers compare many factories and move on quickly. RenewSell finds importers, wholesalers and project buyers who already buy from overseas, checks each against your criteria, and finds contacts to reach.
Updated 2026/10/27
The free plan includes 300 credits a month. Searching and evaluating candidates is free; you pay only for results that meet every criterion.

How it works
How is each buyer checked?
The template fills in a search and up to five criteria. Each criterion is checked separately against the company website, with its own verdict and source, so you can open a row and see why it matched. You can edit everything before you start.
Example search
Furniture importers, wholesalers and contract or hospitality furniture buyers that buy from overseas manufacturers
Example criteria in the Furniture template
- The company imports, wholesales or distributes furniture, or buys furniture for hotel, office or residential projects
- The company sells to businesses (B2B), such as retailers, designers or project developers
- The website shows furniture product categories, collections or a project portfolio
- The company sources or imports products from overseas suppliers
- The company is not a single-location consumer shop only
This is the template as it fills in the form. Adjust the products, countries and exclusions to match what you sell.

Follow-up
What happens after I find a buyer?
Messages go out through your own mailbox and accounts. Email needs Starter or above; LinkedIn and WhatsApp need Scale or above. Nothing is sent until you publish the outreach plan.
One message per channel, stop on reply
Each contact gets one cold message per channel. When a real reply arrives on any channel, the other follow-ups stop.
Inquiries answered from your knowledge base
The inbound agent replies only from the knowledge base you link, asks for the details you configure, and hands over to your team when the answer is not in it. You can preview conversations first without sending anything.
What it costs
What does it cost?
On the Starter plan, the monthly credits cover roughly:
780
verified buyers a month (approx., with contacts and email checks)
500
or inquiry conversations handled a month (approx.)
Estimates are rounded down. One verified buyer = a qualified lead + contact discovery + 2 verified emails (6.4 credits). Based on current unit prices.
FAQ
What do exporters ask?
The template looks for importers, wholesalers and contract buyers together. Narrow it by editing the search, for example to hotel furniture suppliers only.
Yes. You can add exclusion conditions before you start, and import your existing customer list to leave those companies out.
Each criterion is checked on its own against the company website and public sources, and a result that meets a criterion carries the source it was based on. Open a row to read each verdict and its sources. It reduces guesswork; it does not guarantee that a company will buy.
No. Sign-up gives you free credits, and searching and evaluating candidates costs nothing. Only results that meet every criterion are charged. Sending needs a paid plan with a connected mailbox.
