Who are the importers?
Canadian flooring distributors and wholesalers import vinyl plank, SPC, laminate and engineered wood from overseas factories and sell them to retailers, installers and contractors. The buyers in this list include both distributors and flooring stores that import in volume.
Buyers ask about wear-layer and core specifications, certifications such as low-emission requirements, and container-load pricing. Canada is bilingual, so for buyers in Quebec an introduction in French helps. Typical channels are the buyers' dealer or trade pages, flooring and building-products trade shows, and direct email to the purchasing manager.
Note on this result: some companies on the list are flooring retailers that import for their own stores, not wholesale distributors, so check the sales model before you write.
How can I reach them?
You describe the buyers you want in plain language, as in the query above. RenewSell turns it into a Target with up to five criteria, checks every candidate against each criterion separately, and shows a cited source for each verdict. Searching and checking are free; a company is charged (5 credits) only when it meets every criterion.
From there you can look for contacts at the companies you want, then write through your own mailbox (Starter plan and above) or through your own LinkedIn or WhatsApp account (Scale plan and above). Nothing is sent until you publish an outreach plan, and each contact receives one cold message per channel.
Cold email rules differ by country. RenewSell does not add an unsubscribe link or your company details to messages, so put them in your own template where the law of the buyer's country requires it.
